Otsego County Patrons Direct Bill Payment Plan

1. Annual Pay
2. 4 pay, every 60 days
3. 6 pay, every 30 days
4. 8 pay, every 30 days

Each of these option can be done as an automatic EFT payment as well. 

Service Charges: If paying on installments, a service charge of $5.00 will be applied to each applicable billing.

If a cancellation notice is issued due to Non-Payment of this policy, a $20.00 fee will be charged. 

There will be a chargeback fee for any dishonored checks that are returned. The variable fee will be determined by the Schedule of Rates, Fees, and Charges commanded by our depository bank. The fee will not exceed $18.00

A cancellation for non-payment of any premium will be issued when a check has been dishonored by our bank. The amount due will be the original amount of the premium plus the previously outlined chargeback fee.

Endorsement Fees

Any endorsement added to a policy will be billed in equal amounts over the remaining term of the policy. The initial payment of any added endorsement is due when the endorsement goes into effect. The full endorsement fee is due by the date shown on the bill.
