We offer our additional Equipment Breakdown Enhancement Endorsement on every commercial property owner policy to cover the cost of expensive property repairs. This coverage includes all commercial rental properties such as AirBnB, VRBO, or Bed & Breakfast rentals. A No Loss Statement is a report that signifies that a policyholder has no current losses or damages that could lead to claims. For former policyholders who have let their policy lapse or for a policy that has been canceled, this form is mandatory before an insurer can move forward reinstating or issuing a new policy.
